-Se coloca la masa glase al baño maria, hasta derretirse totalmente
-Se procede a agregar el arroz soplado revolviendo cuidadosamente para que no le caiga agua a el recipiente interno
-Al cabo de unos minutos se vierte esta mezcla en los moldes deseados
-Luego se le incorporan las pajitas o mini palillos
-Despues de unos 20 minutos se desmoldan y se envuelven y quedan listos para la venta

Se tiene como objetivo emplear a madres cabeza de familia y personas con buenas referencias a las que la "sociedad" les niega la oportunidad de trabajar en condiciones dignas ya sea por su raza, religión o por su poca preparación profesional y a´sí disminuir un poco la tasa de desempleo que esta un punto porcentual por encima de la cifra que se concidera "normal"

Mi producto se llama chokot3coz porque los Aztecas fueron los primeros en consumir cacao amargo el cual mezclaban con harina de maiz o solamente miel... Aunque los españoles en la época de la conquista le adicionaron al cacao azúcar de caña para eliminar el amargor, el crédito es para los Astecaz
